Alderson stated that David Wright win begin a Minor League rehab assignment on Friday and to return to the Mets' lineup July 22 at Florida. Wright has been out since May 16 with a stress fracture in his lower back.
As for Ike Davis' return still has no set time table. The team hopes that he can return by the end of July but realistically that's not the case. Davis has not played since May 10 due to a sprain and a bone bruise in his left ankle.
